Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
For your convenience, we accept cash and most major credit cards.
We add a 3% Surcharge for Credit Cards, and no Surcharge for Debit Cards.
We also offer financing through Care Credit and Cherry.
Insurance

We are in-network with: Delta Dental, Missouri Medicaid (MO Healthnet, Healthy Blue, United Healthcare Community Plan)
We are OUT OF NETWORK with Cigna PPO, But will accept and submit claims for patients with Cigna PPO Insurance. At the time of service, we will look up your insurance coverage and you will only be responsible for your estimated deductible and co-insurance. We will then submit a claim on your behalf to Cigna PPO, Guardian PPO, Aetna PPO, and Metlife PPO. However, it is always the responsibility of the patient to fully understand their coverage. Any remaining balances after insurance processes the claim are the patient’s responsibility.
Patients with insurances other than above are welcome to be seen at our office as a non-insurance "Self Pay" patient with the fees below.
